SUMMARY
This training program is designed to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills to develop safe inspection and operating techniques of cranes. The course is designed to be delivered by theoretical tuition, discussion and practical scenarios to impart knowledge and understanding of crane safe operation & crane management system. To provide the basic skill requirements, practical application and associated job safety knowledge to personnel involved in tower crane operations and signaling procedures. At the end of the course, successful delegates should be able to operate tower crane both safely and efficiently.

*Proper Training and Competency for Operator
*Miscommunication, Misunderstanding & Failure to Follow Procedures
